1. Our Services
Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services, which may include pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, patio and deck cleaning, concrete cleaning, exterior surface cleaning, and other related services.
The specific services provided, pricing, scope of work, and service conditions will be communicated to the customer before work begins.
We reserve the right to determine whether a particular surface or property is suitable for the requested cleaning service.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided by Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning are based on information available to us at the time of the estimate.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are estimates and may change if:
The scope of work changes.
Additional areas or surfaces are requested.
The condition of the property differs substantially from what was represented or observed.
Additional labor, equipment, materials, or treatment is required.
Hidden conditions are discovered during the service.
Any significant change in price or scope will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible before additional work is performed.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
Appointments may need to be rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that reasonable advance notice be provided.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the property may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee if such a fee has been disclosed to the customer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before our crew arrives, customers should:
Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or personal items from areas being cleaned.
Close windows and doors.
Secure pets.
Identify delicate surfaces, known property defects, or areas requiring special attention.
Provide access to areas included in the service.
Inform us of any known water-sensitive materials, leaks, electrical hazards, or other conditions that may affect the service.
The customer is responsible for informing Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning of any known conditions that could reasonably affect the safety of people, property, or the cleaning process.
5. Property and Surface Conditions
Exterior cleaning can improve the appearance of a property but may not completely remove every stain, discoloration, blemish, or defect.
Results may vary depending on:
Age and condition of the surface.
Type and severity of staining.
Previous cleaning or sealing treatments.
Paint, coatings, sealants, or finishes.
Mold, mildew, algae, oxidation, rust, oil, or other contaminants.
Existing cracks, deterioration, or structural damage.
Some stains or discoloration may be permanent or may require specialized treatment that is not included in the original service.
We will use reasonable care and appropriate cleaning methods based on the surface and conditions known to us.
6. Pre-Existing Damage
Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage that existed before our services were performed.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Cracked concrete.
Loose mortar or bricks.
Deteriorated wood.
Peeling or failing paint.
Loose siding.
Damaged caulking.
Failed sealants.
Weak or deteriorated surfaces.
Existing leaks.
Improperly installed materials.
Pre-existing landscaping or property damage.
Cleaning may expose damage or deterioration that was previously difficult to see. Discovering such a condition does not necessarily mean that the cleaning caused it.
7. Water and Electrical Equipment
Customers may be required to provide access to an appropriate water source and, when necessary, electrical power.
Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing, electrical, hose bib, outlet, or water-pressure problems.
Customers should notify us of any known issues before service begins.
8. Landscaping and Personal Property
We will take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and property while performing our services.
However, certain plants, flowers, vegetation, outdoor decorations, furniture, and other property may be sensitive to cleaning solutions, water, pressure, or runoff.
Customers should identify delicate landscaping or personal property before work begins and remove items that could reasonably be damaged.
9. Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated to the customer at the time of booking or service.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, electronic payment, check, or other methods made available by Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning.
Any unpaid balance may be subject to reasonable collection efforts and, where permitted by law, applicable fees or costs.
10. Cancellations and Weather
Because exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent, Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning may postpone or reschedule services due to rain, storms, high winds, freezing temperatures, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of weather-related changes.
11. Satisfaction and Service Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe a service was not completed according to the agreed-upon scope of work, please contact Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning as soon as reasonably possible after the service.
We will review legitimate service concerns and, when appropriate, may return to address areas that were reasonably within the original scope of work.
A request for additional work or a different result than what was originally agreed upon may be subject to additional charges.
12. Photos and Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer, Peach Jet Exterior Cleaning may photograph completed work for documentation, quality-control, portfolio, advertising, or marketing purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally publish personally identifying information associated with a customer’s property.
If you do not want photographs of your property used for marketing purposes, please notify us before or during service.
